Attached please find the submission for the Assessor’s Office.  The zipped folder contains all the forms/information I would like linked.  The areas that I would like linked are underlined and in blue (with exception of the last page downloadable forms which will have all have a link).

I have attached the 2012 draft setup for our office but as you will see, the format needs to be cleaned up.  I have the tabs in the order I would like and the word document is in that order for you to copy and ‘manipulate’ as necessary. 


On the Front page which will have the links – Milly Salafia is the Assistant to Assessor.  That contact information was sent to you previously.  I did not know how or where to put it on the current front sheet I have.  Her address and phone numbers are the same. 


The Online Database  is a link and should go to Vision Appraisal Deep River, CT (as you have on the Newtown webpage)  Also, could you create a ‘Tax Bill Calculator’ as you have on that Newtown site also?  The Mill Rate for Deep River is 24.28.
